SINIX PIXEL WARRANTY
Limited Warranty Coverage
SINIX Pixel provides a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing from the date of purchase.
This warranty ensures that your device will perform as specified in the operation manuals and technical specifications provided at the time of purchase. If a defect is identified within this period, SINIX Pixel will repair or replace the defective device at its discretion.
A product is considered defective if it fails to function as described in official documentation due to an internal issue. This warranty does not cover third-party software installed on the device or any software-related issues not directly caused by SINIX Pixel hardware.
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage from improper installation, configuration, or misuse.
- Issues resulting from failure to follow the operation manual or technical specifications.
- Acts of nature or external factors such as floods, fires, lightning, power surges, or unstable voltage.
- Tampering, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by non-authorized technicians.
- Devices with missing, altered, or illegible serial numbers or warranty seals.
- Defects caused by using non-genuine or incompatible materials.
- Software conflicts or incompatibility issues between applications.
- Loss of data or software restoration. SINIX Pixel is not responsible for recovering lost software or customer data.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Gather Required Information: Have your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the issue ready.

3. Evaluation and Authorization: Our team will assess the issue and provide repair or replacement options, if covered under warranty.
4. Shipping and Repair: If a repair or replacement is required, instructions will be provided for shipping the device
(note: shipping costs may apply if the issue is outside warranty coverage)
Limitations of Liability
SINIX Pixel is not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as business losses, data loss, or lost profits.
- Costs related to transportation, insurance, or customs clearance, unless explicitly covered under the warranty
- claim.
- Providing replacement equipment during the repair period.
SINIX Pixel reserves the right to refuse warranty service if providing such service would violate applicable laws or export regulations.
